GUY-VINCENT is an internationally exhibited and collected interdisciplinary artist. His art practice has investigated a great variety of modes of expression including: traditional media, concept-based performative endeavors, moving images, and photographyHis Symbol Art is widely known for its innovative use of incorporating glyphs, cyphers, and Unicode elements within the 140 character confines of the Twitter platform.
“My work is intended to provide unexpected narratives,” he has said. “Visual expression is compromised of many layers from the past, present, and ultimately the future.” This gives insight into his most recent and ambitious series of work Neo Post Factum. These large-scale works explore his interest in identity, mark-making, and our interconnectedness and to symbols.
